If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. Digital Products: 

All downloadable guides, checklists, and resources are **non-refundable** due to their immediate access nature.  

 

Physical Books: 

- Purchases through retailers (e.g., Amazon) are subject to **their refund policies**.  

 

- For books purchased directly through our website:  

- Full refunds within 14 days if returned unopened in original condition.  

- Damaged/defective books: Email us at admin@promessepublications.com with photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.  

 

- Services (e.g., Coaching/Premium Community Access): 

- Cancellation: Request within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.  

- After 48 hours: Refunds are prorated based on unused access time.  

 

Exceptions: 

- No refunds for:  

  - Custom orders (e.g., signed copies with personalizations).  

  - Discounted/bundled items marked "final sale."
